Corey Colbert MS, OTR/L, FSOAE, GTCCS is an occupational therapist in Northwest Arkansas specializing in home health and geriatrics. Corey has been an OT for 20 years, sixteen of those years in home health. He has worked in pediatrics (home, schools and clinics), inpatient rehabilitation units, long term care facilities, and acute rehabilitation hospitals as well. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR in 2000 and his master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2004. Corey is happily married to his wife, Somer, and they have 3 children (biological and adopted).
Corey was awarded National Occupational Therapist of the Year from LHC Group, an Optum-UnitedHealth Group, in 2014. He earned his Geriatric Trained and Certified Clinical Specialist title in 2024.
