Aaron Baldridge, PT, DPT, FSOAE, began practice in inpatient rehabilitation and home health. He currently works in outpatient home-based care in Washington D.C. in both the community and assisted living facilities. After graduation, he pursued additional certifications in areas of aging, including his Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Functional Standards for Optimal Aging Expert (FSOAE) certifications.
Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Lyon College in Batesville, AR, majoring in biology and psychology and minoring in French. He received his DPT from Arkansas State University, where he graduated with the Roy Aldridge Stewardship Award. While in school, he served as a research and clinical education graduate assistant and co-authored an article in Frontiers for Young Minds entitled “Might Lifestyle Choices Reduce the Risk of Depression?”
